The AI reads, validates and flags suspicious documents — but the final approval is always with your OSH expert. A human + AI model: AI brings speed, your expert decides. You gain time without transferring responsibility.
Where are documents stored?
On Microsoft Azure cloud, encrypted. Private/on-premise hosting can be discussed for enterprise customers.
How long are documents retained?
Retention is configured to your contract and legal obligations; documents stay accessible as long as audits require.
How is KVKK compliance ensured?
Data is processed in line with KVKK; with role-based access, a full audit trail, and explicit-consent flows for workers and contractors.
How do we teach a new document type (e.g. forklift qualification)?
Document types are configurable — you simply define a new type and its validation rules; no separate 'AI training' is needed. We set it up together during onboarding.
Which channels send notifications?
Automatic email notifications are active today; SMS and WhatsApp channels are on our roadmap.
