It is a legal requirement to have “FIRST AID TRAINING CERTIFIED” personnel in all workplaces.

Under the “First Aid Personnel Requirement” section of the First Aid Regulation (Official Gazette Date: 29/07/2015-29429):

• In low-risk workplaces, one first aider for every 20 employees
• In hazardous workplaces, one first aider for every 15 employees
• In highly hazardous workplaces, one first aider for every 10 employees

Certified First Aid Training can only be provided by officially licensed First Aid Training Centers approved by the Ministry of Health. Since 16.08.2004, IDEAL OHS has been providing training with a Ministry of Health-approved First Aid Training Center.
